How is HumINx different from other workshops?

Most leadership workshops – even those run by highly experienced leaders – are designed to focus on improving your output without understanding the intricate processes necessary to create long-term bottom-line success.

The HumINx Program used in my workshop into three phases:

Phase 1: Legacy / Playing Defense

To start with, we’re going to challenge and learn from old paradigms to see what’s possible in this first phase. Our objective will be to assess how you lead from day to day and examine your current ways of working. That will highlight the pros and cons of your mindset, legacy beliefs and behaviors, drivers, thought patterns, and myriad worries.

Phase 2:
The Spark

The second phase will give you the courage to think, lead, and be different. It will help you understand how to leverage courage to design and implement dynamic and bold strategies to create transformations across your teams, organization, and ways of working.

Phase 3: Growth / Playing Offense

In this last phase, our goal will be to create dynamic, high-performing, global, and expansive team-driven solutions and ways of working. The outcomes will be for you to lead with courage, commit to goals, and take action to be ‘IN the arena’ as President Teddy Roosevelt famously described years ago. You will get perfect clarity on how your mind, beliefs, values, experiences, and unique thumbprint have affected your unique leadership and management style.

You won’t have to go it alone.

HumINx 1-Day Intensive Workshop (In-person): I’ll personally run the workshop over a full day by giving your teams an understanding of how leaders are able to influence behaviors, cultural and organizational expectations and ways of working, and how to effectively produce bottom line results now and moving forward. Your teams will be coached directly to understand and assess current ways of working, identify how they can approach internal and external partners more effectively for greatly improved engagement and bottom line results.

How is The HumINx Workshop structured?

The HumINx 1-Day intensive workshop has been designed to help you create high-performing solutions in your organization.
The workshop will pack all of that into one intensive day to fast-track your team’s progress and supercharge results.

We’ll focus on a specific aspect of integrating cultural shifts and
mindful engagement to power your team, organization, and leadership successes.


Module 1: Behavior

The first three modules will lay the foundation for you to challenge and learn from old paradigms.

You can assess the mind at work by examining your current ways of working and all the pros and cons to leading/working from day to day.

Ultimately, you will create the micro shifts required to overcome legacy beliefs/bias, understand how your thoughts drive behaviors and expand your mindset to include new and evolving information to better serve you.



Module 2: Experience

This week, we’ll help you work out who’s really driving. It will involve understanding which aspects of your personal history you may be unproductively transferring into your leadership.

Once you recognize how your legacy beliefs, lessons, and experiences drive your heart/feelings at work, you’ll see clearly how fear and limiting beliefs are holding back more dynamic and generative ways of working and leadership.


Module 3: Uniqueness

The third week will help you find “Your Zone” by looking at your own aspects of leadership and communication styles and how they shape your unique opportunities and liabilities.

You will plan the specifics of a truer version of yourself and how you lead to release the gifts you may have been limiting previously.

With a new pair of eyes, you can then have more expansive ideas for your organization.


Module 4: Courage

This week will be about building the courage to think, lead, and BE differently.

You’ll find the spark to drill down on new goals without holding back. New teams, ways of working, planning, and assessments may need to be created.

It will also be about creating the opportunity to expand problem-solving in an agile and purpose-driven way so new ideas can flow through the new neural networks that will be made.


Module 5: Action

This week will ignite you into action to create dynamic, high-performing, global, and expansive team-driven solutions and ways of working.

You will start suspending disbelief and being intentionally uncomfortable to find where the new growth mindset you’ve adopted and new ways of working intersect.

Quick cycle learning lessons and adjustments to demonstrate the accelerated courage/productivity curve.


Module 6: Flow

Coming into a productive rhythm this week, you’ll amplify more voices and ideas among your teams to lead increased innovation, cross-cultural collaboration, and learnings.

You’ll be in a place to level up and raise the performance bars as cultural norms evolve.

The expansion of markets and opportunities will be the outcome of all your work up to this point. You’ll be ALL INN to drive connections and bottom-line results.


Module 7: HumINx Ecosystem

To finish off the program productively, we’ll be looking at cultivating an ecosystem for replicating successes in a continuous learning and action-based loop.

It will mean working on ways to turn generative practices into day-to-day drivers of expansive success as a cultural underpinning.
