By serving in high-level capacities as a senior-level consultant, director, founder, and C-suite executive working with innovative and global companies, Jonscott has accumulated an exceptional and actionable understanding of the behavioral psychology that makes or breaks leaders and organizations; while underpinning dynamic cultures, teams, and many critical leadership vectors.
As a pioneer in the consulting field, Jonscott founded and led multiple international management consulting and advisory firms specializing in strategy, leadership, and cultural alignment for Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, and multinational holding companies. His work enables leaders and organizations to be more successful through improved communications, agility, trust, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Jonscott earned his undergraduate degree in International Business and Marketing and was the valedictory recipient of a Master’s degree in Psychology, both from Manhattan College in New York City. For more than 20 years, he has been serving as an undergraduate and graduate school adjunct Professor, instructing students on subjects including International Business, Leading Organizations Across Cultural & Global Boundaries, and Consumer Psychology.
In his personal time, Jonscott enjoys spending time and traveling with his family. He’s extremely passionate about travel and experiencing the world first-person. He enjoys photography, is a longtime soccer player/coach, and Shinto Go Ju Karate 2nd degree black belt (Nidan). Jonscott has devoted himself to pursuing a sound mind and healthy lifestyle while also making fun a priority. He has competed in many soccer and karate competitions and numerous endurance races, including the NYC Marathon and the 140.6 miles (226 km) Ironman Triathlon.
