This Is What I Do

My HumINx program is guided by a methodology I’ve tested and fine-tuned over decades of work with diverse clients around the world. It will help you harness the powerful advantages of courageous leadership and empowered teams as it’s designed to enable innovative cultures to drive generative and expansive results.

In phase 1, we assess how you lead from day to day and examine your current ways of working. We will address the pros and cons of your mindset, your legacy beliefs and behaviors, your drivers, your thought patterns, and your myriad worries.

Then, Phase 2 will help understand how courage will be the transformational inflection point from which you will design and implement dynamic and bold strategies to transform yourself, your teams, and ways of working.

Coming to the tipping point in phase 3, we’re going to be leading with courage, committing to goals, and taking action to be all IN. This will spark the beginning of the ongoing generative loop of reflection, identification, selection, courage, and action the HumINx ecosystem is based on. It’s the point where you will be clear on how your mind, beliefs, values, experiences, and unique thumbprint have left their marks on your unique leadership and management style.

You will then be empowered to strategically assess what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what’s possible when you free yourself to lead with an infinite mindset. That’s the basis of the HumINx ecosystem, which is the end goal and last module of my program. Once at this point, you will have a new dynamically evolving model resulting in more effective and happier ways of working with your team, clients, and expansive opportunities.

On Four Essential Leadership Vectors You Need to Change Now for Maximum Engagement and Productivity

In this first installment of my masterclass series, I present you with a model consisting of four leadership vectors that can help you, your leadership teams and organizations move forward in the right directions. The first leadership vector I address is behavioral benchmarking. It includes everything from the supervisors, and subordinates you have worked with to all of the accumulated dynamics from your past teams and people that you bring with you to form a reality that’s not serving you today, and will not serve you going forward. That vector is tied to the second leadership vector, motivational priorities. This is about where and how people work, how they’re measured, and how they’re motivated.

These priorities are very much linked to the third vector, courageous action. That’s the catalyst through which all meaningful change will happen in your organization, and clients will recognize significant and meaningful changes that impact your relationship with them. That will flow into the fourth and final leadership vector, a generative lens. This is about more than just seeing where you are and what can be tweaked. It’s a wholesale look at your business, the opportunities, and at the heart of it, what’s now potential for you, your organizations, leaders, and teams. The model I present in this masterclass is a moving continuous improvement loop. It’s the meaningful change created by these four vectors, intertwined in the loop, that will drive engagement, spark innovation, and grow bottom line successes.
